We already have the property in Agropoli. Water, electricity and drainage are also available. Besides the bus, there is also a fully equipped mobile home on the property where you can live while you work on the conversion. From time to time chickens, dogs and other animals will drop by.

Agropoli is a small town (20,000 inhabitants) located about 50km south of the Amalfi coast. There is a small port, an old town on a mountain, friendly people, very simple conditions, delicious food, good weather and a beautiful sea. Apart from the high season (July and August), very few tourists come to Agropoli. This is partly because it is not very easy to reach (nearest airport is Naples (120km)) and the infrastructure is not designed for the international tourist. But that’s what more and more tourists want: to discover places as they really are, not places that convert for tourists.

On the property are about 20 olive trees, 7 fig trees, 6 pear trees peach, almond, apricot and a few others.

The motorhome is a Frankia l 650 from 1998. Not the latest model but it is very well maintained, registered, insured and ready to drive.
The motorhome is parked in the now paved driveway so it can be driven in and out at any time.
In southern Italy life is more outdoors than indoors anyway and on the property you have an outdoor kitchen, a large stone table with a view, many shady spots, wifi, hammocks, air mattresses to lie outside, a hot water outdoor shower, a 3m diameter inflatable pool and always a beautiful view. Even though the beach is less than a 10min walk away, we provide you with a vintage Vespa for shopping and co.

The bus is a MAN type A21 NL233 that just had a major service at MAN in June 22 and is ready to go.

The bus is parked on a stable base and is now to be converted into a mobile apartment.
We want to create a modern apartment / Tiny House where you do not have to give up anything: Double bed, roof terrace, kitchen, air conditioning, fireplace, toilet, shower…. for this the converted bus should be connected to electricity, water and drainage.
The remodel is to be done entirely by you (and your partner/team) on site. If help is needed with electricity, water or drainage, we can always call in local experts.
The tools and materials should be organized by you and discussed with us in order not to exceed the budget.
